Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania z aplikacji CouplesQuiz („Aplikacja”), udostępnianej przez Marka Jeziorka, osobę fizyczną, Komorowska 4/41, 05-800 Pruszków, Polska („my”, „deweloper”). Pobierając lub korzystając z Aplikacji, akceptujesz niniejszy Regulamin.

1. Aplikacja

CouplesQuiz to natywna aplikacja iOS dla par: codzienne pytanie, rundy quizowe polegające na odgadywaniu odpowiedzi partnera oraz funkcja wspólnego postępu w związku. Aplikacja jest przeznaczona do wspólnego korzystania z jednego urządzenia lub do korzystania przez dwie osoby na osobnych urządzeniach, które następnie porównują wyniki.

2. Wymagania wiekowe

Musisz mieć co najmniej 16 lat (lub wiek zgody cyfrowej obowiązujący w Twoim kraju, jeśli jest wyższy), aby korzystać z CouplesQuiz. Aplikacja jest przeznaczona dla dorosłych par i zawiera treści dotyczące związków i intymności.

3. Subskrypcje

CouplesQuiz oferuje opcjonalną, automatycznie odnawialną subskrypcję („Premium”), która odblokowuje dodatkowe treści (np. tryb quizu „Głębiej”, kursy i pełną bibliotekę porad).

• Płatność jest pobierana z Twojego konta Apple ID w momencie potwierdzenia zakupu.
• Subskrypcje odnawiają się automatycznie, chyba że automatyczne odnawianie zostanie wyłączone co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu.
• Opłata za odnowienie zostanie pobrana w ciągu 24 godzin przed końcem bieżącego okresu, w cenie, na którą się zgodziłeś/aś.
• Subskrypcją możesz zarządzać lub ją anulować w dowolnym momencie w Ustawieniach urządzenia → [Twoje imię] → Subskrypcje.
• Nie zwracamy opłaty za niewykorzystaną część okresu subskrypcji, z wyjątkiem sytuacji wymaganych przez obowiązujące prawo lub politykę zwrotów Apple.

4. Twoje treści

Imiona, odpowiedzi i wyniki quizów, które wprowadzasz, należą do Ciebie. Są przechowywane wyłącznie na Twoim urządzeniu (patrz Polityka Prywatności) — nie mamy ich kopii i nie możemy ich odtworzyć, jeśli urządzenie zostanie zgubione, zresetowane lub aplikacja zostanie usunięta. Rób regularne kopie zapasowe urządzenia, jeśli te treści są dla Ciebie ważne.

5. Dozwolony sposób korzystania

Nie używaj CouplesQuiz do wprowadzania treści niezgodnych z prawem, nękających lub mających na celu skrzywdzenie innej osoby. Nie podejmuj prób inżynierii wstecznej, dekompilacji ani obchodzenia mechanizmu subskrypcji Aplikacji.

6. Własność intelektualna

Aplikacja, jej wygląd, kod oraz wbudowane treści (pytania, porady, treści lekcji) należą do nas. Treści wprowadzone przez Ciebie (imiona, odpowiedzi) należą do Ciebie.

7. Brak gwarancji

Aplikacja jest dostarczana w stanie „tak jak jest”. Nie gwarantujemy, że będzie działać bezbłędnie lub nieprzerwanie. CouplesQuiz to gra dla par, a nie terapia, poradnictwo ani profesjonalne doradztwo relacyjne — traktuj ją odpowiednio.

8. Ograniczenie odpowiedzialności

W maksymalnym zakresie dozwolonym przez prawo nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za szkody pośrednie, przypadkowe lub wynikowe wynikające z korzystania z Aplikacji, w tym za utratę danych przechowywanych lokalnie na Twoim urządzeniu.

9. Rozwiązanie

Możesz zaprzestać korzystania z Aplikacji w dowolnym momencie, usuwając ją. Możemy zaprzestać udostępniania Aplikacji lub poszczególnych funkcji z rozsądnym wyprzedzeniem, tam gdzie to praktycznie możliwe.

10. Prawo właściwe

Niniejszy Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu, z wyłączeniem norm kolizyjnych.

11. Zmiany

Możemy okresowo aktualizować niniejszy Regulamin. Dalsze korzystanie z Aplikacji po wprowadzeniu zmian oznacza akceptację zaktualizowanego Regulaminu.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of CouplesQuiz (the “App”), provided by Marek Jeziorek, an individual, Komorowska 4/41, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland (“we,” “us,” “the developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

CouplesQuiz is a native iOS app for couples: a daily question, guess-your-partner quiz rounds, and a shared relationship-progress feature. It's designed to be used by two people sharing one device, or by two people each running the app on their own device and comparing results together.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use CouplesQuiz. The app is intended for adult couples and includes content related to relationships and intimacy.

3. Subscriptions

CouplesQuiz offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (“Premium”) that unlocks additional content (e.g. the Deep quiz mode, courses, and the full tips library).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policy.

4. Your content

The names, answers, and quiz results you enter are yours. They're stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy) — we don't have a copy, and we can't restore them if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted. Back up your device regularly if this content matters to you.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use CouplesQuiz to enter content that is illegal, harassing, or intended to harm another person. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the App's subscription mechanism.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, and built-in content (questions, tips, lesson text) belong to us. Your own entered content (names, answers) belongs to you.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. CouplesQuiz is a relationship game, not therapy, counseling, or professional relationship advice — treat it accordingly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data stored locally on your device.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue the App or specific features with reasonable notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Estas Condiciones de Uso («Condiciones») rigen el uso de CouplesQuiz (la «App»), proporcionada por Marek Jeziorek, persona física, Komorowska 4/41, 05-800 Pruszków, Polonia («nosotros», «el desarrollador»). Al descargar o usar la App, aceptas estas Condiciones.

1. La App

CouplesQuiz es una app nativa de iOS para parejas: una pregunta diaria, rondas de quiz en las que adivináis las respuestas de vuestra pareja, y una función de progreso compartido en la relación. Está pensada para que la usen dos personas compartiendo un mismo dispositivo, o dos personas usando cada una la app en su propio dispositivo y comparando después los resultados.

2. Requisitos de edad

Debes tener al menos 16 años (o la edad de consentimiento digital de tu país, si es mayor) para usar CouplesQuiz. La app está pensada para parejas adultas e incluye contenido relacionado con relaciones e intimidad.

3. Suscripciones

CouplesQuiz ofrece una suscripción opcional de renovación automática («Premium») que desbloquea contenido adicional (por ejemplo, el modo de quiz Profundo, los cursos y la biblioteca completa de consejos).

• El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple ID al confirmar la compra.
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo que desactives la renovación automática al menos 24 horas antes de que termine el periodo en curso.
• Se cobrará la renovación en las 24 horas previas al final del periodo en curso, al precio que aceptaste.
• Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde los Ajustes de tu dispositivo → [tu nombre] → Suscripciones.
• No se reembolsará la parte no utilizada de un periodo de suscripción, salvo que lo exija la legislación aplicable o la propia política de reembolsos de Apple.

4. Vuestro contenido

Los nombres, respuestas y resultados de quiz que introducís son vuestros. Se guardan únicamente en tu dispositivo (consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad) — no tenemos una copia y no podemos recuperarlos si el dispositivo se pierde, se restablece o se desinstala la app. Haz copias de seguridad de tu dispositivo con regularidad si este contenido te importa.

5. Uso permitido

No uses CouplesQuiz para introducir contenido ilegal, acosador o destinado a hacer daño a otra persona. No intentes hacer ingeniería inversa, descompilar ni eludir el mecanismo de suscripción de la App.

6. Propiedad intelectual

La App, su diseño, código y contenido incorporado (preguntas, consejos, texto de las lecciones) nos pertenecen. Vuestro propio contenido introducido (nombres, respuestas) os pertenece a vosotros.

7. Sin garantía

La App se proporciona «tal cual». No garantizamos que vaya a funcionar sin errores o de forma ininterrumpida. CouplesQuiz es un juego para parejas, no terapia, asesoramiento ni consejo profesional sobre relaciones — trátala en consecuencia.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso de la App, incluida la pérdida de datos almacenados localmente en tu dispositivo.

9. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento desinstalándola. Podemos discontinuar la App o funciones concretas con un aviso razonable cuando sea posible.

10. Ley aplicable

Estas Condiciones se rigen por las leyes de Polonia, sin tener en cuenta sus normas de conflicto de leyes.

11. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones de vez en cuando. El uso continuado de la App tras un cambio significa que aceptas las Condiciones actualizadas.
